Most Christians think that the bible is the inspired word of god. Yet, most Christians have not read the New or the Old Testament from beginning to end. 시발? Like how the fuck can you think that there is a book written by god himself and not care to read it?
Let's take a deep breath and list the possible reasons to why this could be happening (Starting with the most parsimonious explanation):
1. People are just too lazy to read
Counter: People commit a minimum of 3 hours a week to come to church and they spend a whole lotta time praying and preaching. These people who come to church are clearly not lazy people, especially the ones who organize events and play instruments in church.
2. The bibe is just too hard to read
Counter: It's not. The NIV is super eaasy to read.
3. They fear that they might come across contradictions or passages that will question their faith
Counter: If you think you'll begin to doubt, then why on earth are you grounding your life on this religion?
Yup, Christians can't be real. It's a giant prank
